Research Interests:

The study of factors that drive management choices of strategy, organizational structures, management accounting systems, and other control processes in firms. Of particular interest are (1) transfer pricing and management control processes in diversified and/or decentralized firms, (2) linkages between the formulation and implementation of strategy and management accounting and control systems, (3) management change processes in state-owned enterprises, (4) the effects of changes in ownership structure and governance on public management, and (5) enterprise restructuring and the management of change in transition economies.
