Chris is an Associate Professor in Commercial Law. He teaches and researches in the areas of company law, competition law, international trade law, and securities law. Chris as served as consulted to and served as a legal adviser to a number of governments and international organizations on international trade matters.
Chris is on leave from the University in 2010. He has been appointed as the Chief Trade Adviser for the Pacific Forum Island Countries.
